11) Remove the rack setting screw and the control rack.

12) Remove the tappets.

13) Remove the fuel feed pump.

14) Put the pump body upside down and remove the hex-

hollow set bolts that secure the middle bearing.

15) Remove the cam support and the shims by prying

open the slots in the support with screw drivers.

16) Remove the camshaft together with the middle bear-

ing from the drive side.

Note:

Be careful not to damage the governor case oil

seal when removing the camshaft.
